Chef Brenda was classically trained at The International Culinary Center (formerly The French Institute) in California. She has been working in the kitchen since childhood. She worked her way up the culinary ladder from prep cook to Executive Chef. She has worked in NY, CA, FL and Mexico. Her true passion is farm to table which is why she came back to NY, bought the family farm and caters on and off premise.
Our objective is to cater to the individual needs of our clients. Available to cater intimate meals to large scale fiestas, casual to formal. We offer on site or off premise catering.

We use organic, all natural ingredients in our baby food. We create based on client's specific needs and what we are growing seasonally. Other products that we buy are locally sourced (if possible) and ALWAYS non-gmo and organic.
